My name is
Missionary Ken Wolfgang.
I was born on January of 1971 in Ashtabula, OH .
I completed all 12 grades of school & received some additional college education for which I received a degree in theology.
I got saved during a revival meeting at a Baptist Church in Columbus, OH, on December of 1986.
I was baptized on January of 1989 at a Baptist Church in Ashtabula, OH by immersion.
On March of 1990 I was in a Baptist Church in Ashtabula, OH, when the Lord Jesus Christ called me into a unique ministry to reach out to those like myself who have little or no usable eyesight, & to bring them the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ! Also to reach across the sighted/blind barrier that exists in the church that says “you can’t do such & such because your blind”. I know this is true because it’s happened to me!
Then in the year of 2012, I was sitting in my livingroom when I once again felt that presence of God calling me to do something new. I felt God’s direction not only to continue the Ministry to the blind, but I felt a added calling to the cold & dying church of this Laodicean church age. God called me to go to this Laodicean Church & preach just like Elijah did in his time. Doing so, I believe God has called me to be “God’s Elijah To The Churches” of today!
The reason I feel such a burden for the blind is because, having to grow up with legal blindness, going through all 3 types of class room models of education. from the self contained, to the resource room, to the residential blind school. I’ve had a taste of them all. In the church I’ve known cold hard prejudice face to face. When someone told me to my face, and not behind my back that I couldn’t continue in a church choir because “I couldn’t see his hands moving”. Plus I’ve known the other side of the coin where someone didn’t even have the guts to voice their prejudice to my face, but just like Judas Iscariot stabbed me in the back. However, there are some in the church who know the meaning of James chapter 2 & know how to pass the “Jesus love test”!!!
After the years I spent in the school for the blind. I remembered how that if a student who happend to be blind (from the blind school) wanted to go to church. They had to make their own arrangements to get to the church (if they intended to attend the service). However, as I recall, Jesus never told us to make the lost find the GOSPEL TRUTH (Matthew 28:19,20, Mark 16:15-16, Acts 1:8 KJV AV1611). Rather, the church is to go and compel them to come in that God’s house may be filled (Luke 14:16-24 KJV AV1611)!!!
